
Sana has been teaching classes that inspire women for nearly a decade. After 18 years as a medical transcriptionist, she recognized that most of what people saw their doctors for was preventable with lifestyle change. While working in a wellness and weight-loss clinic, Sana developed several classes to help clients rediscover their healthy authentic selves through meditation, self reflection, energetic healing, dance, art, and spiritual education. Sana prefers to think of herself as a teacher rather than a preacher ~ believing that we each have the wisdom we need for this journey, if only we'll learn to trust and use it. Sana is passionate about helping people find their spirit, their health, peace of mind, and joy for fearlessly living a regret-free life. She is excited to be offering the following classes and workshops:

This day-long workshop helps you access your own intuition, opens you to an understanding and appreciation for synchronicity, and creates a visual reminder of the territory on the journey that is your life. This is an aerobic form of semi-freestyle, gently-guided dance steps to help people feel more comfortable moving their bodies. This is especially helpful to those who are afraid of dance or just want something fun and low impact. It's great for complete beginners to dance or for those who love good music, group energy, and a fun time dancing. Adjustable to your own comfort level. Sana lives by her dance teacher's motto: There are no mistakes... only variations! ConfiDANCE makes a great 50-minute class and fun workout.
