She has married couples in a Ducati motorcycle showroom, an Italian restaurant, in the Deschutes River, and would welcome the opportunity to marry a couple on the chairlift or slopes of Mount Bachelor .
The first step is to contact Sana to see if she's available on the date you've chosen. The initial consultation with Sana is $100.00 and allows you up to 2 hours to meet and discuss your vision of the ceremony and answer any questions you may have. When you decide to secure your wedding date with Sana as your officiant, she will complete a contract with you and receive your deposit. Premarital counseling is available but not required.
Sana will then give you a variety of ceremonies and direction from which you will create your own personal ceremony. She will keep in touch with you and be available to answer any questions you may have in the months and weeks leading up to your special day. You will hear from her the week of your wedding to once again confirm details, and see you at your rehearsal if you have one.
Sana will arrive at the wedding venue an hour before the ceremony to put your mind at ease. If you do not have a coordinator, she will help get your wedding party or guests in the proper place. After performing your ceremony, she will see that the appropriate legal forms are completed and that your witnesses sign your keepsake marriage certificate. She will remain for pictures with you if that is desired. Your paperwork will be returned to the county clerk from which it was received within a week of your ceremony.
